We know that you will be thrilled with your new Zessar goodies, however, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with a product, we are happy to stand by our work and offer a refund/exchange.
REFUNDS
If you would like to request a refund, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your Zessar goods by contacting us at admin@zessar.com and letting us know your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then send you an email with the return order number and the return shipping address.
Your items will need to be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unstained.
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 Business Days.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your products for a different size, or colour, you can do so by contacting us at admin@zessar.com and letting us know the order number and the item you wish to exchange and the replacement you would like to receive.
Your items will need to be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and unstained.
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will notify you when the replacement items have been shipped.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping them, however, if the products you have received are in some way faulty, please contact us at admin@zessar.com, with your order number and stating the problem with the product you received. Please include photos of the faulty item with your email. We will then arrange for replacement items to be shipped out to you.

How To Return
Send a return request to admin@zessar.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We will send an email with return order number and the return shipment address.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or colour.
You can exchange if you cover the shipping cost for exchange of items.
Faulty Product
We inspect all our items before sending , however if for some reason the products you have received is some way faulty, please contact admin@zessar.com, with your order number and stating the problem with the product received. We will arrange replacement.
